Murphy supply list

Dear Families,

Welcome to a new adventure for homework this week!  At the end of each month, students will be spending their week completing homework that looks and feels different from their traditional nightly homework.  During these weeks, students are expected to choose 4 different tasks.  All 4 tasks should be posted by Friday, meaning that the choices may be nightly, but do not need to be.    Each task will be posted to our classroom Padlet board.  A Padlet board is a virtual bulletin board.  The post can be a quick sentence, a photo or a video.  When sharing photos or videos, please know that this board is password protected and can not be viewed by anyone without the password.

Welcome Back to School

Welcome to Mrs. Murphy's blog. Here you will find lots of information for our classroom. Below is a link for the basic classroom supplies. In addition I am asking my students to purchase the following four items:

• a regular size pencil box (approximately 5x9 inches)  Large boxes will not fit in their cubbies.
• inexpensive ear buds or headphones (Please remove from packaging and place in a Ziploc baggy labeled with your child' name. 
• one-subject spiral bound notebook
• Optional - handheld pencil sharpener for colored pencils

Most supplies will belong to the classroom and shared by all the students. So please do not label supplies (with the exception of the headphones and pencil box).
